Managing services

Monitor service activity logs and manage user access levels to maintain secure and organized operations.

Goal

To help administrators monitor service usage and manage user access through audit logs and role settings.

Checking the Audit Log

In the Audit Log, you can view each user's activity logs along with time, type, status, and description.
Success, failure, and in-progress statuses are color-coded for quick and intuitive understanding.

Tip All major changes are recorded, making this log useful for auditing and identifying root causes.

Account and Role Management (Admin Only)

The Account and Role Management page allows you to view usernames, roles, emails, last login dates, registration dates, and account expiration dates at a glance.
Role-based access levels—such as Administrator, Editor, and Viewer—help segment user permissions for better organizational control.

You can register a new user via the Create New Account button, and adjust user-level access to enforce precise operational governance.

Tip As your organization scales, clear role distinctions and strict account management become essential.
